Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase pizza and pop for parents who stay for the party?

Please note that pizza is included for the bowling guests only. Extra pizza and pop can be ordered for non bowling guests on the day of the party. Please advise in advance if you will have a large number of non bowling guests so we can be assured to have sufficient party room space available for your entire group.

How many lanes do we get for bowling?

Party packages include 1 bowling lane for every 4-5 guests at the party.

11-15 Guests: 3 Lanes

16-20 Guests: 4 Lanes

21-25 Guests: 5 Lanes

26-30 Guests: 6 Lanes

Extra lanes for the children or for adult bowling guests are available for $25.00 per lane per hour of bowling. Reservations in advance are recommended.

How long do the kids bowl for?

The kids get to bowl for 1 hour. Pizza and pop is served immediately after bowling in a party room.

Are the party rooms "private" or do I have to share a room?

Party rooms are not guaranteed to be private. Raymond's has 2 party rooms available. Our banquet room accommodates 80 guests and may be a shared room for 2 parties. Oue Wildside Party Room is adjacent to the Wildside Lanes and accommodates up to 20 guests. We do our best to give each party a private room, however, this is not always possible.

The adults coming to the party want to bowl, are they charged for separately or are they included in the package with the kids?

That is up to you. You can rent additional lanes for adult bowlers for $25 per lane per hour (shoe rental included) or include them in the count with the kids for the package. If you know in advance adults would like to bowl, we recommend reserving the extra lanes at the time of party booking.

What happens if less kids show up at the party than I expected? How many do I get charged for?

We ask that you keep in contact with us with the number of RSVP's you have received and let us know 7 days in advance a final count of guests for your party. You can be held fully responsible up to the number of guests you booked for.

I am going to have my party on a Monday-Thursday which means I get 10% off plus I have a $20 off coupon, can I use both discounts?

You can use only 1 discount per party. You can use which ever discount is better.

Can I purchase a Souvenir Bowling Birthday Pin separately?

Yes, Birthday Bowling Pins can be purchased for $17.95 plus tax.

How many tokens are the games in your arcade?

Most of the games are only 1 token, however a couple games require more than 1 token.

Let Raymond’s Bowl take the stress and work out of having a birthday party at your home! Raymond’s fun 2 hour birthday party packages are a blast for kids and easy on mom. All packages include 1 hour of Raymond’s own “Wildside Bowling,” which is the greatest glow bowling experience in the area complete with great music and videos on our 4 HD video screens, comfortable couch seating, and a lazer and disco light show! All of Raymond’s lanes have programmable bumpers so each player can choose if they would like bumpers for their game!
	After bowling, all packages include 1 hour use of our party room, where pizza and pop will be ready and waiting for you! You are welcome to bring in the dessert item of your choice, which we can store in a refrigerator or freezer until you would like it.

	After enjoying pizza, let you guests enjoy some games and win cool prizes in our redemption arcade! The Extreme and Ultimate party packages include game tokens for all guests.

	Reserve Your Party Now! Booking your party is easy! Wildside Birthday Packages are available 7 days per week and Monday – Thursday parties receive a 10% discount. Please give us a call at 815-385-1475 with your preferred date and time and our friendly staff will be happy to reserve your party. When calling to place your reservation, please have a rough estimate of the number of guests so we can reserve the appropriate number of lanes for you.

	A $50 deposit is required to place your reservation and can be placed with a credit card over the phone or you can stop in within 5 days of placing your reservation and pay with a credit card or cash. (Sorry, no checks accepted) This deposit will be applied towards your final bill on the day of the party and is fully refundable if the party is cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your party. If cancelled within 7 days of the party, the deposit can be applied to a future reservation within 30 days.
